Bianca Miles

LLMSW is a Youth Involvement Specialist for Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network where she is the coordinator of their Youth United initiative. She is a graduate of Wayne State University obtaining her Masters of Social Work in May 2021. She graduated from Western Michigan University with her Bachelors of Social Work in April 2020. Bianca entered the field with aspirations to give back to the community that has helped raised her. Having the opportunity to work with youth from the Detroit area, she always finds a piece of herself in every young person she gets to meet. Reminding herself and the people in her community that there is still a lot of good in our urban cities; and not just Detroit, but across the nation. She joined NAMI Detroit Board of Directors in March of 2022 with the ambition to continue to create awareness of mental health and be an active voice for youth in the community. Bianca is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and proudly represents everywhere she goes. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, taking walks and listening to music.
